Last Night of OPERATION REVERSUS!

Reactions when these people heard tonight was the last night to invite friends to youth group for OPERATION REVERSUS.

Notice the Roman Centurion from the DVD we watched last week. He was pretty upset, but the guy to his left was excited at the opportunity to invite more friends back! The baby below him was bummed that we have only had 17 of the 50 back so far, but the boy in the middle right was excited that we have had 17 come back!

Operation Reversus!!!

Praise the Lord for 96 teens last Wednesday night! Operation Reversus is in full swing! Congrats to Philip, and Elizabeth for winning the Nextbook Tablets!

Last week the youth leaders gave a presentation called "The Journey to the Resurrection." After the presentation 4 people went back for salvation! Praise the Lord!!!! Keep inviting! Keep praying!

Thank you for coming to the 180 YOUTH GROUP blog! 

If you are reading this blog post it's most likely because you received a small cross, from a friend who attends 180 youth group, with our blog address on it.  (www.180ygfbc.blogspot.com)

Our goal for you as you read this blog is 2 fold.  

#1 - TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!! You received a cross from a friend because you've been to 180 youth group at least 1 time this school year and we want you to come back again! Youth Group is every Wednesday Night from 7-8pm.

 #2 - TO HAVE YOU EXPERIENCE THE TRUE MEANING OF EASTER through our special youth group worship service on the 16th! There will be a cool, interactive presentation of the story of Jesus' death and resurrection, including awesome music and worship videos!!!! You wont want to miss it!!! On that same night, as a thank you for being there with us, we are going to be giving away 2 Nextbook 7" Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Tablets with 8GB memory.

 

Here are the ways for YOU to be eligible: 

You must be present on Wednesday night, April 16th. 

You must have the little wooden cross with you that your friend gave you.

You must know the code word, and be able to tell us what it is. What's the code word?...

Youth Group usually starts at 7:00PM, but on the 16th we will be starting at 6:00PM. 
 

WAIT. WHAT? WHY?  We're glad you asked!

Because we'll be having mouth watering, freshly delivered, hand tossed  PIZZA! There will also be all kinds of flavors of tasty DORITOS and other kinds of chips, & of course, homemade, warm, ready to devour DESSERTS!!!  We'll be able to talk, hangout, and eat delicious food before youth group starts at 7:00PM. 

We're getting pumped up about this night and are excited of the possibilities to see some faces we have seen in awhile! Hopefully, YOU will be one of those people! Oh and by the way...the code word is "Reversus".
